tourist in adelaide: veale gardens.

just saying:  i consider myself a bit of an expert when it comes to knowing the best places in adelaide. so when my father in law decided to have his 60th at the pavilion in veale gardens, i thought the gardens can't be too good, after all i've never been there. i was wrong. they are so beautiful and i had to fight off the urge to run back to car and pull out our trusty picnic rug and eat outside. but, of course, i am extremely dignified and sat in my chair staring out at the gardens thinking of the first possible date to organise a long picnic. only 2 more weeks till holidays.

p,s it is my strong suggestion to always keep a picnic rug in the car. it can also used as a rug for all those cold trips when husband's persistent love of the aircon wins out.
